Shí Yìn - 川西町

I tried the fluffy shaved ice. It was refreshing and delicious with two slices of lemon soaked in syrup on top. The orange flavor was also sweet and tasty. This shaved ice is very popular locally.

I went to Kiritiri in Chuanxi and happened to come across Shio-Yokan, which was delicious. When I searched for it, I was surprised to discover its amazing history. I will definitely visit again to buy more.

Juuin was originally a salt wholesale shop. The famous "Shio-koori" yokan, made since the Meiji era in reference to this, is highly regarded even among connoisseurs. In the summer, many locals look forward to enjoying the shaved ice served in front of the shop.

夏季限定のかき氷がかき氷機で大きな氷を削ってできるかき氷はふわふわしっとりな口どけです！ 個人的なおすすめは「うめ」のかき氷！爽やかな酸っぱさと甘さの自家製の梅シロップだそうです。 店内にはテーブル2つほどのこじんまりとした飲食スペースがありますよ。

塩小倉といいよかんをいただきました。おいしかったー。 老舗らしいですが店舗は新しくきれいなお店でした。 夏になったらかき氷がおいしいらしいので食べに行きたいです！
