Dù Biān すし Wū - 串間市

I am a local resident and I can say that the staff here are very friendly and the food comes out quickly. There are many tables and private rooms available. The pork cutlet set meal is delicious, the rice is tasty, and the chawanmushi is the best in Japan. Personally, I think the sauce is delicious and the pork cutlet is crispy.

I found this restaurant by chance while looking for lunch. The parking lot was full, so I had high expectations. The menu had sushi and side dishes set menus, as well as set meals. This time, I chose the sushi and fillet cutlet set. I got 6 pieces of sushi and a fillet cutlet, both of which were delicious. The price was great for the quality. The lunch also came with coffee, so I could relax. I always struggle to decide where to eat lunch in Kuruma, but I think I'll come back here next time. It's a great place.

I went in the evening. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. It was served in beautiful dishes. The first floor has regular tables and private tatami rooms, while the second floor can accommodate parties of around 40 people. I also visited for lunch and was impressed by the ample and tasty food.
