Ken - 長井市

This is a popular restaurant in Nagai City. I arrived at 11:15 to be the first in line for the 11:30 opening. Even though it was a weekday, by 11:25 there were nearly 10 people in line. The Spicy Ramen (limited to July, ¥800), Fully Loaded Spicy Tsukemen (dipping noodles, ¥1,100), and Mini Seared Chashu Don (¥250) were all delicious, especially because they use homemade noodles. The ramen comes with medium curly noodles, while the tsukemen comes with medium straight noodles, both of which were excellent. The Spicy Ramen had fish powder in it, I think? It was differentiated from the Spicy Tsukemen, both of which were perfect for summer, allowing you to sweat lightly without being too spicy. As others have mentioned, the Mini Seared Chashu Don was also very tasty. For only ¥250, it's definitely worth trying. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, with 4 counter seats and main seating on a raised platform. They also provide children's utensils, making it a comfortable place for families with kids. There seemed to be parking for about 10 cars, but because it's such a popular spot, it's likely to always be full.

The noodles are delicious! I had the tsukemen and the limited spicy ramen. The dipping sauce for the tsukemen was rich and flavorful, but still light and tasty. I couldn't resist adding the spicy ramen that caught my attention. It was delicious! This is a must try for people who love spicy food. The noodles are medium-thin curly noodles that hold up well against the spicy and delicious soup. When slurped, they have a nice chewy texture in the mouth. It was so delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I tried the limited-time menu item, tantanmen, at Ken Homemade Noodles to celebrate their 10th anniversary. It was delicious! This menu item is only available in February and March, so I want to go back and try it again. My personal favorites from the regular menu are the tamago shoyu ramen and the tamago spicy tsukemen. This is a restaurant that I will definitely want to visit regularly.

山形県長井市につけ麺が美味しいとの評判の 【自家製麺 KEN】さん へ初訪問しました。長井市は初遠征です。 開店20分前に到着１番のりでした。ちょっと早かったかな 開店10分前には駐車場は満車でお客さんが続々並びます。かなりの人気店ですね。 店内は清潔感が有り、活気が有ります。メニューはつけ麺を筆頭に醤油、塩などが有ります。 『全部のせつけ麺大盛 温盛り 」を頂きました。 綺麗なビジュアル、喉ごしよい自家製太麺、洋風な味わいのつけ汁とかなりレベルの高い美味しいつけ麺だと思います このつけ麺好きですね

味玉つけ麺3.5 あつもり有 ミニ炙りチャーシュー丼 4.5 平日11:30着ですでに１０人程並んでました。 待つこと25分で着ラー。つけ麺なので待ちます。 麺はつるつる、スープはあっさり。あまり得意なスープではなかったので、400gの麺がきつかった。。魚介スープ好きにはちょっと。 チャーシューは炙っててうまかった！ なので、チャーシュー丼はうますぎたけど、腹パンパンでうま辛かった笑
