I highly recommend trying the Western breakfast at this local dim sum restaurant, which is not frequented by tourists. The prices are very affordable and the food is delicious.
The food at this restaurant is not tasty. The dim sum is lacking flavor and can be overcooked. There are other restaurants with better options and tastier dishes. However, the service is quick.
