We insisted on getting a different room for our second night and had to speak to the receptionists three times before they finally accommodated us. On the second day, we did receive a room that met our expectations. Ultimately, the receptionist admitted that the second room was indeed of better quality than the first. We also requested compensation but have yet to receive even an apology. A voucher for the restaurant... Visa all feedback.
