Minced pork mixed with home made chili, sliced red and green onions, shredded ginger, roasted peanut, and lime juice.

Thai Sausage Salad

Sliced Thai sausage is lightly fried and mixed with cucumber, red and green onion in a sweet chili and lime dressing. Served over romaine lettuce.

Basil Roll

Made to order with pork, shrimp, rice noodles, basil, and lettuce. Serve with home made plum sauce.
