Mr Sushi Zwolle

I ordered the crispy sushi. This was fried entirely, which I didn 't expect. It actually said 'fried ' behind it, which I hadn 't seen. To be honest, this is not recommended... the taste is really lost and I didn 't eat it, way too greasy. But tastes differ. The jar of chili sauce had opened and everything was covered in it. We ordered after good reviews and good looking food, but an hour after the original delivery was supposed to be we still have no food, ridiculous! The store says it's ready, but even then, nothing after half an hour. In other words, after almost an hour and a half of the original delivery, still nothing! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

I am very disappointed. I thought I would order from someone else because I read good things. I wanted to order a day in advance and clearly clicked on Saturday, very consciously I'm sure. But it was delivered the same day (Friday). The wrong day. I understand that things can go wrong and I called, but there was no compensation whatsoever from them, I had to keep the order and pay for it, even though I had already had food at that time so I didn't need it at all. I asked if you can't take it back with you, because they are standard boxes that are ordered a lot and will give me another one tomorrow, but no, no compensation whatsoever towards us. So now I have sushi for 50 euros and not fresh for the visitors. I don't know where it went wrong, but it's a shame that no good solution was thought about. So I won't order here anymore and will go back to sushi king where I never had any problems,

Delicious food. I accidentally ordered the wrong food and received something extra as a replacement! And got to keep the wrong one. Prawn crackers and chicken sticks. Thanks, it was delicious! Back again soon!
