Ristorante La Baracca - Zürich

Unfortunately I thought it was a shame, it started well and ended badly! The mood was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, the pizza came to the table very burnt and the other pizzas also tasted burnt. The dessert with soup spoon was something to be desired, chocolate cake with dark chocolate ice cream! Not really suitable, chocolate with chocolate! Even though you contacted service, nothing came... When the main course was ordered, the service was no longer so active/present! I was really looking forward to the restaurant, but was very disappointed!

The antipasti platter is very generous and enough for several people. We ordered tagliatelle with truffle, paccheri with seafood and racks of lamb with vegetables. All menus were authentic, the ingredients were fresh and the service was very friendly. The current menus, lovingly handwritten, were seasonal and an enrichment to the menu. We sat outside, the only drawback was that we were seated right on the sidewalk, but that was because all the seats were completely full!

Food was AMAZING! Staff was super accommodating. Indoor seating was stuffy and not ideal but the food made it worth it.

Real Italian cuisine. One of the best I've ever eaten. And friendly staff... also Italians. Definitely worth a visit!

My favorite Italian restaurant in Zurich. Very friendly staff with easy going Italian vibe. The food is great with quality ingredients.
