This is not only a restaurant that offers exclusively vegan and vegetarian food, but it is also a place where many other elements are closely connected with veganism glamour. first, all products are fresh, local and organic. the cooking team receives the ingredients needed for every day of the morning by a farm and cook them for lunch. there are no more than a few hours old. they are all freshly cooked. secondly, they do not have a menu to choose a large selection of means of living. Rather, they do not miss out on their expectations and dominance and instead take on the experience and love of the cooking team: every day is only a meal available and it has both vegan and vegetarian versions. this may not be very good with the modern conditioning that we eat, consume and choose from a fabulous menu with numerous dresses when they go to a restaurant. but their method is so environmentally friendly and practically efficient. the team focuses on a meal per day, where they could put their concentration and energy without stress. they don't have to prepare anything in advance or waste everything. so we've been eating at home for centuries. trust me, give yourself and you will be surprised by what they offer! thirdly, they cook to ayurveda, an old Indian medical system that helps to find a balanced and healthy diet. my friend became a vegetarian because of ayurveda ten years ago, and she saved her life. fourth, they only offer lunch on weekdays so that all the workers are well rested for their work. (there is an evening per month when a more complicated meal is offered with various cures, not least eating is simply delicious! they will enjoy the taste as they eat, and enjoy the lightness in their body and spirited after their meal. if any of these ideas staged with them, then give this restaurant a try! You'll like it!
The choice of dishes is limited, but each court and every combination is thought of by an ayuverdic standpoint. uses ingredients of highest quality. wet has an immense knowledge about eating and ayurveda.
Once a month, Biosumo a vegan caterer, organizes a dinner in Mohini. There's a set menu which costs 49 franks and consists of soup, salad, main course and dessert. When we visited they served Spring soup with millet and buckwheat pancake strips (quite nice, but nothing spectacular), Baby spinach salad with sesame sauce (delicious Sushi Rock n‘ Roll Boutique Nigiri (not a big fan of sushi myself, but it was good for what it was.. : and Matcha Raw Gâteau for dessert, which almost no one could finish, because we were so full.. : the place itself is cozy, the service is nice and price is ok for Zurich. I haven't been there during the day for lunch, but i would definetely recommend the monthly vegan dinner.
