Cafeteria City - Zürich

We had breakfast here and loved it so much we returned to dinner. For breakfast we had a simple ham and cheese on toast. It was very cheesy and good. We've ever done it with the best hot chocolate! My wife Spaghetti Bolognese had for dinner while my daughter and I shared Pizza Margherita. Everything was excellent! The service was some of the best we had in Switzerland. For Switzerland everything was cheap. I recommend this great place!

We stop with some friends who don't speak German and found the waiter very helpful. There is also a smoking room that is very well sealed. Will definitely go back when some food tastes in Oerlikon, our friends had crepes and they told us they were delicious.

Sehr zentrale Lage und super Bedienung. Mit dem Essen war ich nicht so zufrieden aber für einen Kaffee im Fumoir bestens geeignet.

Cafeteria The city is located in the centre of Oerlikon, which is accessible with many options through public transport. There is a beautiful seating with marble tables and green padded chairs and a separate closed smoking/dining room. There is also a large sidewalk seating area for some good people watching. There were no menus on the tables in the morning of my visit, although they serve pizza, pasta and desserts for lunch and dinner. I just had a hot tea 4.50CHF. Most other customers had made the house bread with jam and/or coffee / espresso and general entertainment was among the regular. The service was efficient, but not too friendly. There are many newspapers, magazines and all breakfast tables have placed a basket of croissants. The restaurant and the toilets were clean. They offer a large TV on the wall, but no Wi-Fi.

Gut für Kaffe und Gipfeli am Samstagmorgen nach dem Gemüsemarkt in der Nähe. Die Cafeteria bietet auch ein kleines Speisenangebot zu moderaten Peisen an. Es gibt offenes Bier.
