An ultimate experience with an excellent service, location and taste. the dessert is simply incredible and it has made our day. the breakfast was very nice and special and the staff was friendly and was everywhere. the cake is delicious and the cold chocolate drink we had made even better. highly recommended

Were huge. my puff bags were amazing and the burger must have been good since I was not offered. beautiful presentation of hot chocolate (mini chocolate and dark chocolate whipped cream)

While the products are of high quality, the provided service is low. The staff hardly smiles displaying obvious aversion every time I'm asking anything. Dear Sprungli people, you are in the business of sweetening people's life, but each time I visit your stores I get a bitter taste! Sweet regards from Laderach!

The food was delicious! I truly loved the avocado toast with gluten-free bread on the side. The eggs were poached to perfection. Our server was wonderful, speaking multiple languages. They also have lactose-free milk for cappuccinos and hot chocolates!!!

Many options, great chocolate but very expensive
