Bidra med feedbackI placed my order with an estimated 12:25 pickup time. I got to, and checked into, my spot (4) at 12:19. By 12:35PM I had yet to receive my food. When I tried using the intercom system it either was not working or no one was available to answer it. I ended up going thru the drive thru to get a status on my food. When they finally brought it out to me at12:45 it was cold. Definitely not worth waiting almost 30 mins and spending $30.
Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks. Other people after us were getting their orders ahead of ours. Ridiculous
Slow and don't know how to do there job right ask for 3 drinks and got 2 and there is a car that was upfront of my that is waiting for 50 mins not a good place

We called in an online order of 2 sonic blasts. One a chocolate chip cookie dough, the other the turtle truffle nut. We ordered hot fudge topping in both. The chocolate cookie dough had toppings thrown on top but next to nothing mixed in-it was simply ice cream! Additionally, there were ZERO chocolate chips-just cookie dough!. The hot fudge topping???? None-but they mixed chocolate syrup INTO the blast which made the entire ice cream sickingly sweet and too chocolately. And we paid extra for that topping we didn’t get! I was terrible and I wound up throwing it away having only consumed about 1/4 of it. Additionally, we ordered online, yet had to wait for 25 mins from the time we checked in the stall to the time we received our messed up order! I’ll stick with breakfast there-done with the ice cream-this was the second time in a row that we had issues with ordering a blast. You need to serve your products as they appear on your menu pictures-poorly done, Sonic Zephyrhills.
