Arby's - Zephyrhills West

Went there March16 Ask for a French dip meal with 3 sliders A. Large Coke did not get. My fries took forever to get food. Meet did not look good at all. It had yellow on the sides. And didn't look right Haven't had very good experience for many months

Mac and cheese bites are sooo good. My son loves their fish sandwich and Buffalo wrap. My daughter loves their Buffalo sliders

Stopped in tonight for a late dinner since we had to work late. Went through the drive thru. Our order was taken promptly at the speaker but then we waited over 10 minutes to get to the window , there was only 1 car I front of us. At the window we waited almost 15 minutes before we were given a bag of food. Upon checking, a sandwich was missing. Pulled around front and went in to get said sandwich, this took another 15 minutes. Staff was throwing things, giving attitude and being pissy about having to redo the order. Once the order was given back, with the items that had been paid for, back out to the car, we went where BOTH sandwiches, fries and mac cheese bites were cold. Very disappointed in this Zephyrhills Arby’s. We will not be stopping by for a good while, which saddens me as I would choose a roast beef sandwich over a burger any day. But I see more burgers in my future for a while. DO BETTER ARBY’S STAFFERS

Food wasn't hot. They didn't have lettuce and didn't mention until we already had our food.

Good as usual about 97% of the time. I usually get a Beef n Cheddar, 5 Chicken Strips and 4 motts sticks.Just hate how expensive they have gotten over the years, HOWEVER, I have been using their online ordering/pick up because the deals they have (coupon wise) usually end up saving me a good amount.Kid-friendliness: I have 4 daughters so the kids meals are nice to get them! And different from the usual Burger or Nuggets at BK or McDonalds.
