Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Yukon

Didn't like this location. Not sure if it was a manager or not but some guy literally threw my food at me from the drive thru window. He didn't say hi, by, do you need anything, have a great day... Not a word just turned around and started barking at other people. Not going back!

I just had to post about my great experience tonight. I went through the drive-thru to order a brownie sundae and I have a severe allergy to strawberries. When I told the woman at the drive thru she said that they take allergies very seriously and would get me taken care of. When I pulled up to the window she informed me that they had sanitized all of the scoops and spoons and even opened a new bottle of whipped cream for my sundae. I was touched because so many people brush me off when I say this even though for me it is the difference between life and death. Thank you!

Everything is nice and clean. I asked questions on an item on there menu. And I got the answer nicely. Then I got what I wanted instead. I didn’t catch his name.I tried adding a picture but won’t come out. Sorry.

Since when did the “chicken strips” become “chicken nuggets?” This is absolutely ridiculous.

I went for A2 milk on this visit.. but have enjoyed going to Braum's when I am in town. Great food, great store, great service!!
