Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Yukon

I returned to the restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was just as disappointing as before. Both burgers came with burnt, blackened buns, and the cherry limeade was unpalatable. Even after requesting a remake, it still didn’t taste good. I called the restaurant to voice my concerns, but now we have to make a long trip just to get a refund after they wasted so much of our time. The root beer was also completely flat. On my previous visit, I had stale brownies in my sundae, which ruined it. This time, I was served cold fries and a roll that looked like it had been dragged on the floor. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the staff greeted me warmly when I asked about a menu item. In the end, I found exactly what I was looking for, although I didn't catch the name of the person who assisted me. I attempted to upload a picture, but unfortunately, it didn't go through. I apologize for that!

When did "chicken strips" become "chicken nuggets"? This is absolutely ridiculous.

I was quite disappointed with this location. I'm not sure if the person I encountered was the manager, but when I went through the drive-thru, a guy literally threw my food at me without saying a word. There was no greeting or goodbye, and he didn't offer any help. Instead, he just turned around and started yelling at other customers. I certainly won't be going back!

I had a terrible experience at Braum's! A few weeks ago, I ordered the Big Country Breakfast, and when I got home, I discovered a fly cooked into my eggs. I called the restaurant to talk to the manager, but her response was far from apologetic. She just mentioned that they have ongoing fly problems and offered to remake my order if I brought it back. No thank you! That's disgusting!
