Bidra med feedbackThe worst place to eat. the people at the drive thru window in the night shift so unprofessional and rude. They gave me old huh looks like black from the sides. And when I called them 7 times, they did not pick up my call after they finally picked up my call, I told them about the food they were rude and they did not regret or feel guilty for eating. she was like we're coming back, we'll give them another command. I was like I wouldn't talk about my money or order for another one they should check that they're healthy eating. the manager should take measures at night staff
The girl at the drive through was rude, acted like I was bothering her by placing my order. I made a request for steak instead of ground beef on my grilled cheese burrito, which I did just 3 days ago, she told me I wasn’t allowed because there was no button for it. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window I waited another 11. I get home and the 3 spicy potato soft tacos I ordered were not in the bag. Instead I thought I got 6 chicken chipotle melts of which I ordered 3. I opened up 3 of the chicken melts because they felt light and there was literally only cheese in 3 of them. I took pictures if anyone cares enough to see the proof. I also paid an extra .80 for a side of sour cream that I did not get. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. After working a 15 hour shift today I just wanted something to eat and instead I get service like this.
Terrible! I waited for 35 minutes after placing my order inside. I purchased just 3 items. 3 tacos. That's it. Just 3. Why it took 35 minutes is beyond my understanding. When I kept asking about my food they would say they would check on it but never came back.
I drive a commercial vehicle and can't drive through for service. There lobby was closed at 8 pm. The restaurant where I parked at the T/A has been shut down due to Covid. I walked across the highway and attempted to order some food. They have a note on the window that they will not serve walk ups. Someone was kind enough to drive through and place a order for me on behalf and they refused to serve them as well ? What kind of ego trip was this ? Where I'm from and how I was raised was to help others in need. I will definitely boycott this Taco Bell from now on due to this experience ! I would give them negative stars if possible !
My friends and I placed an online order, the menu was very limited. However, we still placed an order and went to pick it up. When we got there we waited for over 15 min. and the order was not correct. Items were missing and my peeps were hungry.-Thanks TB
