If I could make a suggestion get yourself a sausage pepperoni and cheese pizza cut up the little pepper you always get and toss it all over your pizza try dipping it in some blue Ranch if blue Ranch isn't your thing then you got to go with the papa butter Parking: Watch your doors LOL Kid-friendliness: Can't exactly say that it is quote kid-friendly but Pizza is kid-friendly LOL
Delivery drivers was drinking alcohol while working. Worst place to work and worst place get food. Go To another papa johns not the one on Belmont Ave. Delivery drivers yell at customers about parking and how they drive and managers don't say anything but laugh not professional at all. They talk about sex all the time. Customers don't wanna hear this. A worker don't wear proper clothes she wear very tight clothes. I almost got sick seeing that. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
Honestly this is one of the few Papa John's I will go out of my way to order from when I'm in the area. Food is always made to perfection, and hey the cheeseburger pizza is back!! Try that bad boy on a thin crust, extra cheese and we'll done, YUM!! Vegetarian options: You can order anything minus the meat!
There is no dining in. It's takeout only, and there is nowhere to sit while you wait. Customer service was awesome, though
Worst customer service I have ever received in my entire 43yrs of life!! I ordered delivery and at no fault of my own it was processed as a pick up. I'm guessing I was outside the delivery zone but the app never told me that. After an hour and 1/2, I called to see if everything was OK. They told me I pressed pick up, I didn't i am not an idiot, I didn't have my car. I asked them to cancel it and please just refund the money. They asked if I wanted to pick it up still. I said no it's been there for over 1 1/2 hour now and my car is in the shop. So I figured it would be refunded. I called back a few times and talked to multiple people even called corporate customer service, which i have never done before. The district managers solution was to give me 25% off my next order!!!! My next order??? I won't ever be back to another papa johns if this doesn't get resolved!! This should not be this hard to comprehend. I am a customer. I did not receive your product. Please refund my money or at the very least give a credit. This happened on May 3rd, it is now May15th!!!
