First time trying BYOB out today, made reservations, got seated immediately, food was great. We got the banana fosters french toast, chicken sausage, seasoned potatoes, loaded potato bowl, shrimp and grits mimosas (pink panther was really good). It was really cold in there but they’re moving soon so hopefully that will change. Other than that, we will be back!

The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall vibe of the place was straight up gross. I was genuinely concerned we might get food poisoning, but we were starving so we ate anyway. Went to use the restroom which was in the adjoining restaurant next door. The smell of BO and feces hit me like a ton of bricks. Once in the bathroom, it was obvious where the odor was coming from. The only other customers in the place were downing shots of tequila at 1pm on a Wednesday. Everything just felt like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I thought Phelps was supposed to be making a comeback or something? It was a ghost town and pretty depressing down there. Youngstown being Youngstown...

The food is really amazing and so are the mimosas! I love coming here to eat!

Very laid back place to have Brunch with the ladies ???Parking: It was quite easy to find a parking spot and it always should be based on the hours that B.Y.O.B has.
