McDonald's - York

The staff is very friendly and the inside was clean, but the positives end there. I wasn't given a receipt when I went through the drive thru. Then they gave me a McChicken from the value menu instead of the crispy chicken sandwich. I went inside to ask for a replacement, only to get the wrong order again. I got a spicy chicken sandwich, instead of regular, even when I said original with giving the number code of 4a. The chicken sandwich itself was smashed, luke warm and I'm suspicious if it was cooked through. This is the first time I've written a review before leaving the parking lot. I feel bad because they were so nice, but avoid this location.

Black female Manager was ignorant, disrespectful and unprofessional. She was mad because they made my order wrong. I wanted what I paid for. White female Manager was very nice, humble and professional.Food: 4/5

Worst experience ever. Drive thru...burger was ice cold, fries were the only thing decent. Heard some rumors about the history of this particular place...needless to say never going back. Would recommend you do the same.Food: 1/5

How much worse can it get? I absolutely hate this McDonald’s and the staff are very rude 90% of the time. Every time I order here I shouldn’t have to drive back to have my food remade or just for the simple fact that food was forgotten. I have nothing but problems with this place. 6 sandwiches remade and they STILL are wrong! Like come on!!

Food was absolutely horrible! Chicken nuggets and fries taste like rubber. Not to mention the hair in my food. Don’t waste your money on this McDonald’s ?
