Dunkin' - York

This is personally one of my favorite Dunkin Locations to visit they always make my coffee perfect the girls in the drive thru are always welcoming . And the manager Madalynn is super helpful and sweet !

Asked for extra cream and sugar, rec'd cream and no sugar, drive thru ridiculously long

I use the app but don't like the new app. Also, the new rewards program is ok but 200 points used to earn one free coffee. Now it takes 500 points for a free coffee. Wow, a 250% increase.

Their prices are higher, and inconsistent. Depends who rings you up. They charge extra for normal things other Dunkin's don't charge for (and I've been to 50+ other restaurants). When using a free beverage coupon, it'll still cost you because of all their extra charges for things like cream and flavoring. I now avoid this location.
