This restaurant was absolutely terrible! I wish I could give it a zero rating. The food was tasteless and way too expensive, and the atmosphere felt like a blast from the past in the worst way possible. The staff were friendly, but having to order by phone was a hassle. The service was incredibly slow, and the lack of ambience made the whole experience disappointing. There were also noisy children running around, adding to the chaos. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs and spending your money elsewhere. It's clear that this establishment does not care about its customers or providing a good dining experience.
We originally planned to have pizza at a Travelodge, but they didn't have any, so we decided to explore the town and ended up at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my autistic son.
Went in it was quiet. Met by lovely waitress who seated us, but staff interaction from then on was non existent. Said we had to order on app which was fine, but some parts missing including juices (they had bottomless but not the same) ordered food. Drinks took a while to come but coffee was nice. Food came eventually, had one pan pizza and one thin pizza. Pan pizza lovely, piping hot and lots of toppings. On the other hand the thin pizza was burnt one side and very stingy on toppings, bland no taste to it. Dissapointed.
Are you serious? £27 for a large Pizza Hut pizza? Self-service, ordering at your table, and QR code nonsense. Pizza Hut used to be great. It was a disappointing experience that we happily avoided. We walked in, saw the high prices, noticed the lack of staff and atmosphere, and decided to leave without spending our money. Not worth it.
