Costa Coffee - York

Very good speed of service and attention to customer needs shown by Louise. I originally went in for a latte but was persuaded to buy a sausage sandwich to make it a complete breakfast. It turned out to taste good so I will definitely have one of these again

Today was warmer in York, after tea, we were thinking of having a cold coffee...so we headed towards rail station's Starbucks which has plenty of seats! We had the one of the finest experiences this afternoon...warmly greeted by the duty manager (I suppose) David! We decided to order 2X strawberries cream frappuccino and Iced Hibiscus Tea Lemonade! Henry, the barista who served us, made us those drinks so perfectly! We had a good and memorable experience before saying goodbye to our friend!! Thanks to David and Henry!!

Had a great experience in Starbucks, York railway station yesterday late morning. When I entered into the cafe it was very busy as York was hosting races yesterday and Saturday is always busy in York..the girl on the counter Savannah so calmly was taking orders one after another and Manager Louise was making and serving those coffees! (I got the names from their badges), so much patience they had!! Then the surprised cold coffee was handed over to me which was recommended by Louise as I couldn’t make my mind…I just needed a good cold coffee..it was Iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso…just perfect what I needed! Thanks Ms. Louise!! Whenever I travel around different places, I always try local teas and coffees! I must say one of the best services I received in York station’s Starbucks!! Thank you the whole Starbucks team

The shop was dirty, untidy, serviete dispenser was empty, tables un-cleared, staff standing around talking, coffee tasted ok. Quite a let down for a Starbucks.

My fiancé had a free drink on their rewards app but the guy behind the counter refused to accept this this was the only way my fiancé could pay as had no money so not only did the cashier embarrass my fiancé by refusing and being rude he had to pour the drink away wasting it and my fiancé couldn’t have their free drink. He made an excuse saying they don’t honour free drinks in there when there is literally a scanner,all he had to do was let my fiancé scan the barcode. But he was rude and refused this!!!
