Jack In The Box - Yorba Linda

Breakfast sandwiches are consistently good. They didn’t have decaf coffee which is a must for me so that was disappointing. Wouldn’t go back for breakfast for that reason.

Not much to say. Jack in the box is just one of those cheap fast food restaurants. You get what you pay for.

My roommate placed an order here, and the manager was SUPER rude to us when we had to go back because our order was missing so much. Staff was cool, she was the only one who made the experience terrible. She needs a refresher course on how to talk with customers. We weren't even asking for her to remake all our food, just for what was missing. How is that not a reasonable thing to request? Why should people leave feeling ripped off?-10/10. Do better. Don't argue with people over stupid issues.

I ordered a pick up order for 2 of the jacks fan box thing. I went and got it, and everyone there was very nice. I want to specify now that my issue is not with the workers, but the manager on staff tonight. The boxes were not filled properly, we were missing items from it. I decided to head back and see if they could replace what's missing, I didn't think it would be a big deal since I did pay for it and I'm 100% entitled to what I paid for. The manager just assumed I was trying to get both boxes remade, implied I was lying about the entire thing, and basically said she'd only give the bare minimum (I think the employees hooked it up though, because there was more than what was missing). My irritation is because of her assuming, I never once asked for the entire order to be made..I only wanted what was missing. I don't understand why she seemed so pissed, or why she decided to start a whole argument about it. I'll stick to the jack in the box closer to my house, I've never had any issues at that one.

Good afternoon today's date August 30. I went in there this morning and ordered a Junior bacon cheeseburger and about 8 o'clock in the morning. It took forever for her to open the window and take my payment. Then I got my food headed to my job site took a bite out of it and it was the worst cheeseburger I've ever had in my life they must've had it saved from last night because the meat was dry hard and mediocre warm I will never visit this establishment again. I've had previous issues with this location. Do yourself a favor never visit that establishment. I was so upset. Just wanted to post it. Hope it helps you find a better location. If you want Jack-in-the-Box normal Jack-in-the-Box is really good. I go to one all the time on Tustin Avenue right off the 55 and Lincoln, and they're excellent. Never had a problem, so good luck.
