Great coffee but has alot of employees and still takes forever to get a single coffee

I ordered an iced coffee but received a glass of milk instead. It was mostly milk with very little coffee, and it was awful. The staff should be better trained.

A busy place. They could use a little competition in the area. With two hotels and countless offices nearby they seem overwhelmed. The good and beverages are everything you'd expect from DD. Service great for being so seemingly overworked.

I appreciate that this restaurant stays open until 8 or 9 pm. As I work nearby, it's very convenient to stop in for coffee and a croissant. The wait times are reasonable and the lines are usually short; I can usually get in and out in less than 5 minutes. There is plenty of parking and the lot has 2 exits. The staff is friendly and they keep the place clean and tidy. My main complaint is that they have a limited selection of pastries; they only offer 2 or 3 types of munchkins and limited quantities of other items that are not on the hot menu.
