Bidra med feedbackThis is not your typical American pizza restaurant. It offers authentic Italian-style pizza with a paper-thin, crispy crust. They use local organic produce in their salads and toppings. They can also make any pizza vegan by using vegan cheese and omitting meat. Their red sauce is vegan, and they have two vegan pasta options (red sauce and spicy red sauce) if you skip the Parmesan topping. Reviewed on 2021-04-13.
We had a great lunch today. First we didn't know about lunch deal $12 for wine or salad $12 for oven pizza). Secondly, we also did not know that they use some organic products and very natural ingredients. The food itself pasta, pizza and salad) were delicious, fresh and very close, which we usually have in Italy. Customer service was fast, friendly and punctual. The cherry above was the Milhojas with real Dulce de leche. Unforgettable! I wish we had this restaurant in Texas.
This place wasn't what I expected. In such a small town that takes only 3 minutes to drive through, you would never expect a high end authentic Italian restaurant. Imported flour from Italy means handmade pasta and pizza on site. The sauces on both were amazing and everything was perfectly cooked. I come back every time I'm in town. This is fair a high end point and prices reflect this. The average price will run you $15-45 per person, depending on whether you share food. Either way, you'll be happy. Don't forget Dessert. They also make all desserts and they should die for it. Enjoy every bite.
