Spirited Goat Coffee House

Having been here years ago I was eager to make this out first stop on a recent trip to Yellow Springs. Based on my last experience, I can't imagine ever returning. While the barista was nice enough, he not anyone else in the Cafe was wearing a mask which was beyond disappointing. I didn't feel comfortable so I went outside while my boyfriend placed our order. I ended up with basic, lukewarm coffee as they were out of most everything and apparently don't stock sweeteners. Lesson learned... The hard way.

I frequently got to Yellow Springs for hiking and urban exploration and I wanted to like The Spirited Goat.Truly I tried for years, but I would recommend on a typical Saturday to grab a coffee at a gas station. The coffee has always been mediocre, weak, and flavorless.I 've not been to Dinos on the main strip but I 'd rather tale a chance on them then one more go at spirited goat.This last visit was blatantly against mask protocol as many many many local hippies waltzed into the the already crowded small space, they were maskless, and talking aggressively without regard.Side note of authentication, if you go into the bathroom and look onto the mirror I wrote, You are beautiful for my partner with a flower doodle. It 's a little worn now but you can 't miss it.Good Luck and happy cafineing.

The environment alone is welcoming and enjoyable to admire if you're not from around Yellow Springs this should be your first stop of the day when coming! The workers are joyous to be around and extra helpful when it comes to decision making, and conversational too.

Eh. I don't have much nice to say about this place cause they just don't know how to make a proper chai. I paid something absolutely insane for something that tasted like dirt. I'm quite sure that chai tea isn't what the goat is actually known for, so don't take my word for it when it comes to other vices. Just know... don't order any sort of chai tea here!

Was recommended this place by a friend of mine who recently moved to California which is where I live but am here in town for training. I wasn 't sure what to her as I 'm not a huge coffee drinker but I do occasionally partake. I asked the young lady behind the counter what she recommended and she stated the milky way since I like sweet. I got it in the latte form and it was so amazing, so good in-fact that I stopped back by after a little shopping and got one to go. I 'd definitely recommend this place if you 're looking for a good cup of coffee or something similar.
