Taco Bell - Yazoo City

Even though there were several employees behind the counter, we were required to place our order in kiosk, and we chose the pay at the counter with cash option. After placing the order, we waited patiently for 15 minutes until 8 customers that came in after us were served. When we asked about our order, we were told that someone was on their way to help us. We waited 10 more minutes and asked again. When the employee became agitated that we asked about our order, we simply told them to keep it and walked out! Horrible Horrible customer service!!

Yazoo City, MSService started well at the drive-thru until I was asked to pull over along with several other cars. I was pulled over for about 15 minutes.The staff was kind and courteous but the wait time on food was uncalled for.

This is now the second Taco Bell I've visited in a two week period where I had a bad experience with either the food or the cleanliness of the facility. I now remember why I don't go to Taco Bell anymore ever. The service here was slow but the staff was pleasant. The food was decent but the oil they used to fry the chips was so old that the chips left a nasty, bitter taste in your mouth. I told the girl behind the counter and so they offered me more chips. I tried explaining that they were going to taste as badly as the ones I had just eaten if they don't change the grease. They nodded their heads, but you could tell they had no intention of changing out the oil. I told them to taste the chips , but they just looked at me like I was crazy probably because they already knew how badly the chips tasted. I later heard from a friend that the two times she's been there they had the same problem. I mean change the cooking oil if you really care about your customers and want to do a good job. It's that easy. I don't recommend go in here and wasting your money because it's not any good, and it's not going to be any good until they change out the cooking oil.

They got EVERYTHING just right.Vegetarian options: Kids are vegetarians and they LOVE taco bell. They substitute without a problem.

Got food poisoning/ecoli from this place. Will never eat here again.
