We rested at Forest Hill Hotel Spa for UAH 2,500 per night. This price was very attractive, but then I understood why. A bag of things was thrown out of our room during cleaning. According to the administration, it could be due to the fact that the package was in the bath and was lying near the towels. So tell them not to throw away your stuff, just let the garbage be thrown away. Among the negatives, the window in our room did not close completely, and there was no air conditioning. On the plus side: a cool heated outdoor pool, there is a spa area from 3:00 p.m., but it's all open until 8:00 p.m. Breakfast was also included in the price. This is usually porridge, vegetables, fruit, biscuits, coffee and Richard tea. There is also muesli for children) for such a price it is also tasty and normal)
Rested at the Forest Hill hotel, as I understand these hotels cooperate or how to describe correctly. So, the kolyba in which you can eat (from the hotel) is not customer-oriented at all! We arrived at 12:30 and were sent to the hut to eat while the room was being prepared, and there was a sanitary hour from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. When entering there, one feels the terrible and superior attitude of the staff, instead of explaining something, they shout from afar. The next day we come at 2 p.m. because they knew that there is a sanitary hour there, and from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. special orders, that is, it is impossible to order something in time, they answer again arrogantly as if we have a schedule for their day. Day of departure: we come early to have lunch before the road, at 1:20 p.m. they have a special order until 4 p.m. Actually, it's not serious, is it? I ate at your establishment, didn't I? so I'm writing a review about it! better pay attention to the staff, thank you.
