Bidra med feedbackI’m so sorry. I hate to leave a negative review about a vegan restaurant especially as the staff were all lovely... but the food here was bad. Limp, soggy, bland and tasteless food. We also way over-ordered. There are no prices on the menu and we checked with a English speaking man that we weren’t being silly ordering a few dishes to share but he assured us it wasn’t too much. We were also brought a big bowl of steamed rice which I had about a spoonful of but was charged 1,600kyat for on the bill which came to 12,600kyat in total for two people. By far the most expensive food we’ve had in Myanmar and the worst. Frustrating when you’re on a budget. I tend to stick to veggie/vegan only places in Asia but in Myanmar it’s not always necessary, super easy just to ask for “Thatalo” (no living things) and I’ve never had a problem. Would’ve been one star if I could.
I had a great experience at this restaurant where everything is vegan. It is run by a lovely Chinese family who are very accommodating. The food was delicious, especially the Chinese vegan dishes like duck, pig skin, meatballs, and fishballs.
What a delightful surprise! The team at this restaurant clearly puts a lot of effort into their protein options, which can be lacking at many other Western vegan eateries. They offer a variety of textures, with options like artificial chicken, duck, and mutton. The menu is quite extensive, perhaps even overwhelming, but we found it to be a great source of inspiration and returned multiple times to sample as much as we could. The family who owns and operates the restaurant is incredibly kind, making our dining experience a true pleasure.
One of the best vegan restaurants in Yangon. I did not see they serve eggs or milk.
A great place to come and come and eat, nice to know you can pick anything of the menu and it will be vegan. The food is really tasty, currently sitting down at my 2nd visit now im back in Yangon.
