すし Shàn - 斜里町

I was very satisfied with the delicious food no matter what I ordered!! The atmosphere was calm and very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the special sushi, sea urchin, oyster fry, flying fish roe and mackerel roll sushi, whelk, albacore tuna nigiri, grilled hokke, and more!

The restaurant interior is clean and all the dishes we ordered, such as sashimi platter, grilled fish, and sushi, were delicious. The local sake also went down smoothly. The grilled fish was tender and sweet salmon, and the ikura (salmon roe) battleship and uni (sea urchin) were also delicious. The ikura had a rich and sticky flavor that was irresistible, so we had seconds. We wanted to add more uni, but we were too full, which was disappointing. Despite eating so much, the prices were reasonable. The owner had a smiling face the whole time. Thank you for the delicious meal!
