Bidra med feedbackThe waitress was very rude and abrupt. My husband asks breakfast menu ? To,which she replied yeah wot about it there are menus on every table make your own meal at first we thought she was joking and on reflection t wasn 't a joke, she was downright rude. When we attempted to order breakfast, it became apparent she was the only one on duty, bearing in mind this was a Major cleveleys car exhibition . We had to wait , time on limited car park, when at last the meal appeared, it looked flat and pathetic and tasted the same. Don 't bother with this place.
Where to start. I don't think I've ever written a negative review before, but I was so disgusted today I feel compelled to do so. Went to this cafe with my husband this afternoon. The staff seemed stressed but on a busy Saturday we could forgive this. We waited a considerable amount of time for a small order and when the food came it was visibly burnt and looked unappetising. My food did not appear to be fresh and tasted off. The waitress was rude to us and those around us several times, stating loudly that she was a one man band and would get to us when she could. We were never asked if everything was ok and food was paid for in advance (so the bill could not be questioned). When I finally went into the cafe to complain, there seemed to be another complaint being made so we waited. The waitress was extremely aggressive to the family in there and we decided against complaining in person as I imagined we'd be greeted with a similar response. We walked past this cafe later in the day and a different member of staff appeared to be taking yet more complaints. We just left our food and obviously won't be returning. Having read a few of the other reviews on here I'm struggling to believe anyone could give 2 stars for this place, let alone 5! . ccccccccccpcould forgive this
Jasmins is handy for us and is dog friendly so we've had a few lunches there recently. Good value food that is nicely prepared and well presented. Staff are friendly and attentive and today went that extra mile...literally! An elderly customer fell asleep she left the premises and was helped back inside to a chair by the proprietor, Portia I think, who then drove her home.
I stopped by this restaurant for a coffee and a slice of cake after hearing good things about it. I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and also picked up a couple of pre-packaged cakes to take home. I resisted the temptation of the decadent cream cakes due to my diet. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, but could use a bit more decoration. Overall, not a bad experience at all.
Jasmin's is an enigma. I think it's trying to be better than average but it's a way to go. Okay, nice tablecloths but they don't match! One up from tiny napkins. Not always so, but today very loud banter behind the counter. This is very short of the professional environment they seem to want?! As always the tragedy the food is excellent! Sadly let down by the above.
