I used to live across the street from here years ago, but it was a great burrito restaurant then. Worth a 20 25 minute drive. People told me Kuma has great sushi and it does. Just having two rolls one special and a yellowtail scallion. Will be back for other rolls and entrees for sure!Food: 5/5

I've eaten here 3 times, each for lunch. The quality of the fish is fine, but somehow the final product is lacking. Twice I ordered the poke bowl, which even for a lunch portion seemed on the smaller side, and wasn't very satisfying. On my third visit, I ordered 3 maki rolls. This is the first sushi restaurant I've encountered to use (imitation) crab meat in its Philadelphia roll as opposed to salmon, and the spicy salmon roll somehow managed to have no flavor aside from the sesame seeds sprinkled on top, which dominated the palate. All in all, you're better grabbing carry-out sushi from the Whole Foods across the street.
