Costa Coffee - Wycombe

I go to 3 or 4 Costa’s in the area mainly Bourne End, Flackwell Heath and Cookham where staff and service is always very good. This one at the Next store is by far the worst, today there were 4 members of staff on and the queue was out the door. Not one of them seemed to know what they were doing, there are no please and thank you from them. Asked if I wanted whole or skinny milk, fair enough I should of said whole but I asked just normal milk, to be abruptly told we don’t have normal milk! Perhaps a little more training in hospitality and manners wouldn’t go a miss and this could be a really nice Costa like the other ones I visit.

I discovered this very nicely laid out , and clean costa cafe within the Next Store crest road , High Wycombe. It’s a large establishment with lots of table seating area. The staff are very friendly, and helpful too! The usual good varied selection of sandwich and snacks menu of a costa is relevant , with hot cold beverages available. It’s wheel chair , and family friendly too. Tourists will also like the easy access , and environment I’m sure! Well worth a visit there , and browse around store.

I visited this Costa Coffee within the Eden Centre, High Wycombe on this very cold Saturday. It was a welcome break , after traipsing around shops. Always a friendly, tending staff. The seating area is mostly always clean , and tidy too. It’s wheelchair ,and family friendly. With adequate toilet facilities. Good choice of usual costa hot and cold beverages. With a good choice too on cakes and sandwich snacks. It was a warm and nice experience! Fully recommend!!

Staff did not CARE .. that flies were enclosed in the pastry case…. Removing them and the pastries would curtail their long casual conversation, and would alter their work ethics, and public perceptions… they must be under the Impression that if you’re not happy here, then go elsewhere. Who needs your money, we’re getting paid anyway….

Terrible customer service, my mother was made to feel like a child by the staff, shouting at her, making her shout her order across the restaurant, my mother is a very quietly spoken lady and was humiliated in front of other diners, comments from other diners were “ohhhhh it’s like being back at school” “The ladies are very rude” A very disappointing visit to costa, maybe the staff working there might need some customer service training I will not be visiting here again.
