Bidra med feedbackMy family and I were looking forward to dining at the hotel restaurant after a long drive. When we went down for our 7pm reservation we were told the restaurant was not open due to staff shortages. It would have been nice to be informed of this when we booked (or shortly after). Who's fault is this OpenTable or the restaurant? The only saving grace was help from an apologetic staff member calling another restaurant to make reservations an hour later.
We were welcomed very nicely and could enjoy breakfast. (during the charging pause of our e-car at the shell charging column opposite)
