Longhorn Steakhouse In W - Ws

Very clean place and the staff was great. Had to wait for drinks a couple times but other wise great food and service. I like the pay at the table option places are using now.

Nice dinner date with me and the wife. Food and drinks came out reasonably quick. Service was consistent but not overly pushy. Food was good and drinks were good as well

They ran out of food before closing. When asked can we switch tables the manager said they couldn't allow us to move because they did not want to clean another table. Very bad service.

Would give a 0 if I could. Went to this location off Hanes Mall Blvd in Winston Salem, NC with a group of 10 people. We were told originally our wait was 50mins. Then an hour later was told they are waiting for the table to be cleaned off due to shortage in waitresses. Waited another 30 mins then saw a group of 13 be placed at a table before our group. Mind you we were there and hour before this group showed up. Finally we asked for the manager on duty to ask why we are late being sat down. This lady gave NO APOLOGY and a bunch of lame excuses on why the other group got placed before us when we were just talking to the lady who just admitted they didnt wait long and had just arrived. I would not recommend this place due to the rude manager and no one bothered to check in on us to give updates.

Best steak ever. Cooked perfectly as asked! Waitress was fabulous. Chocolate Stampede cake was scrumptious (take someone to share it with you)
