Mountain High Resort - Wrightwood

Fast moving lift lines, very good veteran discount and good vibes. The staff is nice, helpful, and friendly and always willing to help. I began snowboarding this season and have already visited 3 times, one being a bust due to high winds. If you want a good place to learn to snowboard/ski this place is for you.

This week has been the best week out of all-season. Staff is always the best, always friendly and willing to help. And don't forget to ask for a sticker before you leave it's always a great Memento to have. ??

It's close and convenient...hard to beat that. We happened to score a Saturday that was almost empty... never waited more than 5min in the main Quad line. The mountain is small compared to Big Bear, but again...hard to beat the convenience factor.

Great staff outside to help with newbies getting their release forms signed and lift tickets for the day. Bunny slopes are ideal for beginners and nice intermediate groomed trails as well. Weekend are busy, so arriving early is best!

The facility itself has a restaurant, a bar, free Wi-Fi, a shop for ski and snowboard essentials, restrooms, and plenty of parking as well as benches. When we visited on a weekend in April, parking was complimentary. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who has never tried skiing or snowboarding before. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Don't forget to stop by the information cabin to grab your free stickers and air freshener!
