Railhouse Pub - WRIGHT CITY

Great little place just outside Innsbrook. This is a fun place for lunch, dinner or in between!The drinks were great and cold and we had different samplings of apps and the chicken wings were amazing!Definitely coming back and trying something new!

Place was FANTASTIC. Great train decor. Heather was very welcoming. The Ruben was PHENOMENAL. The Potato Salad was PHENOMENAL. We even got a Jello Shot for a passing train. Great experience, we will be back.

I got the Bacon cheese burger. It was so big I couldn't finish it. The side of Okra was fried perfect.

The food was good. The server was great. It's just that it took about an hour to get the appetizer, and they weren't that crowded. The chicken wings were great, and the burgers were good, just a little over cooked. Hopefully, they can just get that kitchen time down.

We went to Railhouse Saturday evening for a couple of drinks and dinner. When we went in, there were many open tables and places at the bar. We were a party of 4. We went to the small countertop table and we’re getting ready to sit down, when a waitress appeared immediately and told us that they weren’t seating anyone, as the wait was over an hour. She did not offer anything else. Just stood there. This could have been handled so differently. Perhaps she could have asked us what she could get for us, as they weren’t seating anyone for food at the moment. We could have made our own decision then.We looked around again, and I’m somewhat embarrassed for them, as it wasn’t that busy. Maybe they should downsize to a small cafe, as it wouldn’t look like they were overwhelmed with a small amount of people.Now, I realize that I have no idea what kind of staffing they had last night. But this really isn’t the first time we have tried to support our local restaurant in this small town.Their food isn’t bad, although somewhat slow to get it to the table at times. But we knew that going in, we were happy to just sit back and enjoy the evening.We will not be returning. Hopefully they will figure things out.
