We have booked a table for 2 watches. at 1 o'clock while we went to worcester, someone phoned me and said, "I just noticed that they booked a table for eating. do you want to eat as I am alone today and the kitchen is closed.” not really good enough want book again or is open to blame so I can book a table. not sure I will use it again. I'm sorry.

They didn't know we had a booking, so we didn't have a table reserved. they offered us a high table right in front of the bar, completely unsuitable for eating so that we found one ourselves in the lounge. the menu was very limited, so we decided to drink only one drink and go somewhere else for food. the hat is a fabulous place for a drink and stay, but not recommended for eating.

We booked for lunch. they couldn't call us to say that there are no kitchen staff. we got the bad news. that is not the fault of man alone. they should block the lunchtime viewing on their website, they do not take any reservations they cannot honor.
