Food is top notch and our waiter was excellent with his service

Waited for food for 2 hours , steak was burned and still raw in some places ,waiter took her time .

The scenery is beautiful but the waiters could use some basic etiquette training and just plain training. Every time we wanted to order something, I had to go and look for someone to help. Took me having to go and ask twice for the 3 bottles of water we ordered and then only received 2. Really pathetic service. Never have I had to work so hard to spend money. Best part was when we got the bill, the service charge had already been added. So why should they have to work for it when you don't have a choice and they will receive the tip anyway. The service at this restaurant is friendly and efficient. We dined in and enjoyed a meal that was reasonably priced, costing between R 1-50 per person.
