Dam Diner - Worcester

This review is regarding the cafe only. It has recently been totally refurbished . It is immaculate and the toilets are spotless. The coffee, snacks and food are all high quality and well cooked. However I do find the service quite slow often accumulating queues. Look out for their special offers.

Visited many times and always knew there was a wine bar, but never really thought to check it out. On my last visit however I was very kindly treated to a pint of Purity Longhorn IPA on draught, which Waitrose will serve in frozen glasses. What a revelation! It was really refreshing and brought so much character out of the beer. I could quite easily be tempted to make a habit of ordering one of these after some shopping (maybe one before would help make the shopping go by faster too?

Happy to spend my money here, lovely helpful team and I was served by a lovely gentleman being trained, I believe he was autistic and the member of staff helping him learn the checkout was wonderful! 10* If I could. Recognition well deserved

We love this super market and the staff a wonderful always ready to help, and all the offers are dotted around the store all together (saves hunting around) there essential range is quality food at the right price nice coffee shop als well

I carried out my shopping on Saturday AM. I am 77 years old and suffered a fall in the car park. I was swiftly and sympathetically atteneded to by three members of staff who looked after me until my son arrived . This review is to express my HEARTFELT THANKS for taking care of me and to make sure the staff get credit for their actions
