Greendale Pizza - Worcester

I’m new to the neighborhood, and I first tried delivery, which was excellent. For my second visit, I walked in, and the service was great. Both times, the food was amazing. I can’t wait to order again!

I placed an online order, and they took my money, but the restaurant isn't even open. This is incredibly frustrating. Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund. Who operates a business like this?!

My favorite pizza spot in Worcester! The Little Italy pizza is fantastic and my go-to choice when I want to satisfy both family and friends. Every other pizza we've ordered has been cooked to perfection, and the fries are always hot and crispy. Now, let's discuss the customer service. I appreciate being able to call in for delivery and have a friendly representative take my order, know exactly where it’s going, and maintain politeness even during busy times. They consistently deliver our order faster than promised. I lived in this neighborhood for several years before discovering this place, and I can’t believe I didn’t find it sooner!

Just went to Greendale pizza and ordered a large turkey, bacon club. When I got home there was no turkey on my sandwich. I called and the man who made my sandwich said I did not say turkey and I said I did! After a terrible attitude I said forget it. What happened to customer service??? I will never order there again!

I ordered delivery today.it was my first time ordering and the lady on the phone was very friendly and helped me decide what to order . I got a small Hawaiian pizza and a Large Chicken cutlet. The pizza was amazing and cooked well done just as I asked.The delivery guy was very nice and the food came in time. 10/10 would recommend.
