Bidra med feedbackRound 2 at Fiore's. Came early for the band so wasn't in a big hurry. We took our time ordering a couple apps and drinks. The place was not busy at all. Music was schedule to start at 8pm so we arrived at 6:30. Fried ravioli and boneless wings were the choice and both decent. My wife ordered chicken Caesar salad and I the ribs. Again both pretty good. The service is just not here though. Maybe I have high expectations, but you shouldn't have to look for your waitress for 5 min when you need something. It was better service than our last visit but still needs some work. Our waitress even told us this was her last day working here as she was going to another local establishment. . But all in, better ran our first visit. We come for the music/entertainment and will be back.
My wife and I a group of her friends went to Fiore's Italian Restorante in Wooster last night see an AC/ DC tribute band. We arrived early, so there was plenty of parking, but had to move two patio tables together for our group. The restaurant had maybe 6 8 people seated, but it was easy to see why everyone was migrating to the bar and finally the patio, they wanted to drink and enjoy the night air while listening to the band. We sat in their outdoor patio adjacent to the restaurant and a stone's throw from the stage, looked at out menus, and waited, and waited. Our server arrived 18 mins. later to take our drink orders, and had a hard time answering our questions because there was not drink information or prices! So, she left for answers. It took another 15 minutes before we saw her again, she had a few answers, but not all. We placed our orders, and then our drinks started to arrive, first the pop and water, and finally the good stuff. One friend ordered a white Russian, which turned out to taste more like a milkshake because they forgot the liquor! Then my mojito came with an odd reddish color and strange taste? My wife ordered their Caprese salad (server asked what kind of dressing she wanted on it? and I got a chicken Caesar salad (I requested the dressing on the side . It is amazing to me what passes for food these days, especially when an establishment labels itself as specializing in a particular style. The place started to fill up quickly, as more people came to listen to the music of one of the greatest Australian rock bands ever, and I started to get nauseous not from the music, but from the clouds of cigarette smoke drifting by, because I had an empty stomach. Our order for pepper jack pretzel bites saved us. Our meals finally came 2 hours later! My wife's consisted of thin slices of mozzarella cheese about 1 in diameter, tomatoes, and basil leaves placed in a hap hazard circle on a green plastic plate. The typical balsamic vinegar drizzle was not present, but instead there was a small plastic container of oil balsamic dressing! My salad was drenched with dressing with more on the side. We considered taking everything back, but the place was now packed, and decided we would truly starve by the time it was redone. The band was excellent and definitely sounded as if they were the real thing. Great guitar riffs, harmony and booming base summed up an evening of great rock roll, until we got our bill... $82.89 for (2 people! I went to find our server, not only because I was floored with the amount, but also about everything we had to endure. E.g.: Two $10.00 cover charges for the band (added to bill even though we arrived at 5:00 PM ; 35 mins to order and receive our drinks; my regular mojito came as a raspberry version (no wonder it tasted odd ; my wife's meal was pedestrian, and my salad was terrible; plus we had to wait 2 hours for our meals (server failed to inform us there was a 1 1/2 hr. wait! She listened and said she would convey my concerns to her manager, with the end result being: a $5.91 or 7% discount off the bill! Don't let the name fool you, Fiore's Italian Restorante is NOT a restaurant, it's a bar. They do not care about their customers, food presentation or drink quality. You would be better off grabbing a burger at Mickey D's across the street, relaxing in your car with the windows down and breathing the pure night air while listening to great music for free.
This place sucks anymore!!!! Went down hill a few years ago and just keeps getting worse. Bartenders and waitresses are bitches. Service and food are both not worth a nickel.
Stopped in for Sunday Brunch. Food okay. But service was lacking they were blasting offensive rock music. Took them awhile to respond to our multiple requests to please turn it down... Only one pretty employee in the place seemed to care have a smile
Have tried this place many times and most of the time they fail. Wrong food brought out, lack of service, subs hard as a rock and forever to get your bill or money back. They seriously need a cashier and new cooks or a new manager. Place has went down hill in cleanliness too. It started out good and now it's really bad. They try to not use an order pad and memorize your order, bad idea when you tick off the customer with incorrect orders after waiting forever to even get it.
