I have been ordering from this place for years but I never will again. I called to place an order for pick up and the person taking the order was very rude and hung up on me, they were busy I assume and in the weeds. I'll never pay or visit a place thats that out of touch of customer service! I'll go to Ten Full

They are sometimes very rude and disrespectful but the food is delicious but still need to improve on their restaurant for real if they want a lot of customers to be satisfied and go back at all times instead and be professional and not be so cruel and rude and spit on people's meals they should fix that the more professional they be the more things they can achieve and push forward and be respectful and curious and good and loyal to the customers and then good luck has itsfinest

BEST CHINESE FOOD RESTAURANT IN NYC in my opinion at least. Their rice everything is seasoned very well! as im writing this im craving their honey chicken wings with pork fried rice or their chicken and broccoli with white rice. Its super delicious

Dont let appearances fool you! I always passed this place thinking it looked old, but decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised! Typical American Chinese food, but it was goood and not super greasy like other places. The container was packed full too, so that's always a plus!

I always order from here and never thought I will find something in my food that was metal skinny it looks like to me something that you scrub the pan but you guys need to be more careful. It's hard and shiny metal or paper foil either way it shouldn't be in my food
