Wendy provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant and the ice cream is delicious.

My birthday is in two days and my boyfriend and I were supposed to go on vacation which we had to cancel because of the pandemic. My favorite sushi spot is closed down and I couldn't go out to eat, so my boyfriend surprised me by getting a cake from Cold Stone Creamery. We called and they didn't have the size we wanted, but Yusuf was so kind and accommodating. He made a cake for me even though they were busy with customers coming in and out. The cake was delicious and our family loved it. It really made my week better. Thank you again!

This is my all-time favorite ice cream place. The quality of the ice cream and ingredients is top-notch. There are so many delicious combinations to choose from, I suggest trying one of their pre-made options. I haven't had a chance to try them yet, but they also offer shakes, cakes, and cupcakes. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient. It tends to get crowded on weekends, but the portions are generous so the "Like it" size is usually more than enough.

The service is always fast and friendly. Located in the shopping center off of Seven Bridges Dr. There are plenty of nearby shops and eateries such as Starbucks and Buffalo Wild Wings. The parking lot is usually jam packed and the actual store itself is not very big. There is a small outdoor seating area with a couple of tables.
