I’d give less than one star. Argumentative staff who were completely overwhelmed and underprepared for the brunch crowd. Suffice it to say their customer service skills went out the door with the warm weather. Will not return. There are other cafes in Woodinville with much better queue management systems and customer service.In response to your reply: the only thing that I heard your customers talking about was their shared frustration regarding your lack of organization at the host desk. Your reply underscores your lack of accountability, your propensity to blame your customers for your shortcomings, and a desire to gaslight your (former) customers. I wish you the best, but fear the worst for your business. Behavior like yours will begin to take a toll on the business. There are other breakfast spots in the area who treat their customers far better, who have much more reasonable prices, and food at least on par with yours.
The food here is great, always fresh and flavorful. The staff that work here can be rude and downright belligerent. When ordering via phone (there’s no way to use a gift card when ordering online) the staff will literally argue for ten minutes about not accepting your order via phone vs just taking the order. They also insist on driving to the restaurant and placing the order to go. When asked to speak with manager the staff member claims they are the manager. This has happened five times. Perhaps they should add gift card availability with their online ordering system to save everyone a headache.
I ordered the two egg breakfast with potatoes and sausage Pattie’s. I got sausage links by mistake and when I told the server she said she had to take the sausage links back to the kitchen or they wouldn’t believe her. By the time she got me the patties my food was cold. The potatoes were over cooked and the prices on the menu weren’t updated. The menu price said 13.50 but it was actually over 20 dollars. We weren’t told there was a difference in prices. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
I see the decent reviews, but that was not my experience. The service and food were both not good, like not at all. I think the person seating us was actually a robot... who appeared as if they hated their job. Kinda went downhill from there. Even the kids couldn't finish their meals and they were hungry. I don't know, maybe it was a bad day or they only had the B team working? It looks like there are other good restaurants in the area to consider. I'll suggest one of those. Definitely opportunity for this place to up it's food game and staff.
