When the food arrived, it was cold—everything, from the french fries to the wings. I attempted to reheat the fries, but they turned out a bit soggy. As for the wings, I was quite disappointed. The lemon pepper ones were excessively salty, to the point of being unappetizing. The mild wings, on the other hand, had no flavor or spice at all. It was really a letdown. The carrot sticks with ranch dressing were a highlight, as the ranch had a nice flavor, but the regular fries were a real disappointment due to their sogginess. As a self-proclaimed french fry enthusiast, I was particularly frustrated by this. On a positive note, the Louisiana Voodoo fries were delicious and packed with flavor. I joked to my friend, who recommended Wing Stop, that I could make better wings myself. I would consider giving them another chance, but if my next experience is anything like this one, I won’t be returning for a third visit. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and still hungry.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service. I placed my order online and when I arrived, I was asked to wait outside. My order should have been ready since I saw several prepared meals on the table, but it wasn’t. The wings were also very small, which was a letdown. To make matters worse, there was no wax paper in the bag, and it wasn’t double-bagged, so grease leaked onto my car seat. I would recommend saving your time and going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

The seasoned fries I ordered tasted almost like sweet potato fries, which was unexpected and not what I wanted. They seemed to have been sprinkled with sugar, and I found that really off-putting. As for my wings, they were dry and lacked seasoning; I had to add my own just to make them edible. My boyfriend tried the mild boneless wings, but they were completely bland and had no flavor or spice at all. I have a low tolerance for spicy food, and even I found them to be totally uneventful. There are definitely better wings to be had elsewhere, so I would recommend saving your money and going to a different place.

If I could give this place negative stars, I certainly would. My first visit as a customer was disappointing; it took nearly an hour to receive a single order of wings. I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, we experienced the same delay with this order and even received the wrong order twice! The staff appears to lack any task management skills. Having worked in the food industry myself, I usually try to be more understanding, but this experience was just unacceptable. They need to hire better staff and improve their operations. Wing Stop? More like Wing Flop.

This is the third time we've ordered from here, and it will be the last! We placed our order at 5:08 PM and were repeatedly informed that our driver was on the way. However, the order got canceled three times. Now it's 6:40 PM, and I've called multiple times but can't get through. We now see this place as unacceptable.
