Where's The Fire Bbq - Woodbridge

I ordered the three-meat combo featuring brisket, a quarter rack of chicken, and BBQ ribs. The meal was fantastic, with tender meat that practically melted in your mouth and was falling off the bone. I'm definitely going back for more. Additionally, the sides complemented the meat perfectly, especially the kale and kohlrabi—they were spot on. Thanks to Sean and Aaron for preparing such excellent food. As I mentioned, I will be returning!

The ribs were perfectly cooked, and the smoked ribs were spot on. The kale and cabbage side dish was excellent; it was my first time trying that combination.

The ribs have a nice kick to them, but it's not overwhelming, so you can still fully enjoy the flavors. They were also quite meaty. One often overlooked aspect is the sides, and I would definitely choose the cabbage again—it was fantastic! The seasoning was spot on. Overall, a delicious experience. I wish this food truck great success!

I was here a few times and I always came away as if I came by! You roast the fish to order and it is always hot fresh from the fat and you get 3-5 beautiful pieces with a great season. I had it with Fritten and they were good. The ribs are slowly cooked and have the right amount of train when you eat them. I am really a big fan of the rib!!! If you get something from here, please try the kale collar mix! It's an absolute delicious side. Fender candied and kale seasoned with vinegar and spices. It's my way to the side.

Jerk ribs... #Bomb Very well seasoned and the spice is just right! Definitely will be back to indulge in more ribs and try out the smoke chicken
