Very disappointed today. We usually order here and their food is amazing, but today I ordered the Pho bowl, never again just got very little broth, I think they didn't have the regular plastic containers where they pack the broth, I got the broth in small container and I didn't order from the lunch special!. Also there was not basil not even 1 leave and this soup without basil leaves is not good!!! very sad and disappointing. : Service: Take out

So I have to say this place was a staple for my family and I! It's on the way home from work and it was very good. A lot has changed since the pandemic a few years ago. We tried a few times since and during. The most recent was about a week ago! The quality of the food has declined and the prices are through the roof. Sadly I will say that we are done and moving on. We spent 134 dollars on the last meal (family of 4) crazy high prices. We had 2 orders of the chicken satay and the chicken was dry dry dry! My wife had the drunken chicken, it was watery and lacked flavor. Not terrible but again not what it used to be. I got the pho, it was almost 20 dollars and they had the audacity to give me a small pint. That was ridiculous and it had a horrible flavor. If you eat pho , you get it. Daughter had fried rice with no vegetables. She said it was not the same flavors. We were very disappointed and unfortunately that was the last chance. It's just lacking the old Thai stories quality. Again for those prices , mind you picking up, not Uber or door dash, and it's ridiculous the amount of money they charge. There's a lot of competition out there to have that high of prices and not back it up with a stellar product!

Poor customer service! Especially, one of servers (maybe the owner) never said HI or BYE. Food are not great. I am never coming back here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
