What a gem in the middle of Iowa. we arrived when they just opened for the day and it was open seating. we quickly settled on what to eat. Wife and the kids had a cheeseburger. it was good. the kids cheeseburger is huge (same size as the regular . I love how they give you options as to which potato product you would like. I settled for the special, chicken fried steak. it was delish. served over homemade mashed potatoes (still had some chunks of potato! along with string beans gravy. So good and for $12?! In Seattle area that would cost you closer to $20. great value, great flavor and great service. I would not hesitate to come back.

Amazing food! The Goodfellow Burger (2nd picture) and the Hawaiian Heat Burger (1st picture) are a must try! The entire staff is very helpful and so polite! We are definitely coming back!

Renee our waitress was OUTSTANDING! She didn't even complain or get annoyed after I spilled a full glass of water in my lap and on the floor. She cleaned it up and immediately had me another full glass ready. Maybe joked with me about it...it's been awhile since I've had that friendly customer service! Tip she got was deserved!

We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed it. They have a good selection of beers on tap and the food was done well. If I could give half stars I would have ranked it a 4.5.
