Shake Shack - Woburn

Honestly, eating was bad. the pommes reminded me of eating the high school cafeteria. the burgers are very small and not very good. very too expensive for what they get. I'm not sure if this is unique at this particular place, I've never been in a shake rack. also the place was really dirty. the tables are not cleaned after leaving the cartridges. the stand where you needed to be picked up water and ketchup to be taken back. I said to the hired at the counter, he just left. never done anything or tell anyone else. So I went under the counter and opened the cabinet and got the witness myself. I never go back.

They never told me that my food was ready. I waited five minutes after the five minutes, said waiting before I came in because I realized they had to be busy. I went in to find my food there all the time without a single text release. When I came home to eat it, they also screwed up my order. terrible service for so strange expensive fast food. and they don't put an avocado on my almost $10 burger.

This place is really from the ball in comparison to the burlington. my friend just picked up our order and said that the child in the window was quite rude to make it worse, I got the new bacon bourbon burger and they forgot the speck and Bourbon sauce. it is definitely worth the additional 10 minutes to go in the burlington mall.

Burgers are cooked differently with more char. The mushroom burger for vegetarians was ok but when it’s in a lettuce wrap it was poor. Lettuce wrap means lettuce and not one wilted lettuce leaf. Fries were bland and like cardboard.

Employees are nice, however when we were eating there were bugs flying around us! This place really could be much cleaner! Other than that the employees are nice and the food tasted good.
