Pizza Express - Witney

You can't go wrong with pizza express, they get it right every time. we went to a cold early evening in the february and they had a personal shortage due to kovid. but they stood right in front and explained that there might be a wait. that's all they want! As long as they know, they can stay a choice or go. we stayed and had a cozy wine while we waited. it was so long to wait in any case, but we were noticeable that we were told. the service was beautiful and as always a great pizza. especially great when they have vegans in their party, as they now have many options.

Pizza Express has been in witney for several years, that was our visit and we were not disappointed. the staff was friendly and helpful eating was fresh and tasty. they have made a pizza for one of us and a calzone without cheese. for me. the calamari was super, like all the other dishes. Thank you.

That was the last thing I'm looking at my love for life! I have worked five years in the catering business and traveled to cook all over the world and eat in a variety of restaurants. that is by far the worst restaurant and worst experience. I've ever witnessed. I got my startermins in front of my men and ended creepily watching him eat his food after I was done. also eating was cold and was accompanied by my side the garlic balls that should be served with my main course. important when I got my head, it was ten minutes before my husband's meal, so again I had finished before him and he had just begun his meal. when I approached the wut, her only answer was mistake, there were no excuses or an offer for a refund! manager would not assume any responsibility, not interest in customer service skills or simply none. for the rest of the evening we were ignored and offered no hospitality anymore. this is not acceptable by any norm. I would seriously consider the other dinning options in witney range. do not wash their time or they money in such an unprofessional, rude and unhygienic restaurant the remaining rooms in which unclean and there were wee all over the floor this lazy house keep and unhygienic for food handlers to work and eat in. pity that we had so good experiences in other pizza express restaurants, we will never visit this restaurant again.

We have annoyed many good family meals in pizza express. in london, oxford and all over the country. but rarely in witney, and only if the place is close to empty. the service was again hard at a recent visit, with two errors in our order and. a very late starter. the staff seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than to fix things and the main court pizza were soggy. witney urgently needs better management and better trained staff. I know how well these places can run, with many working meals in their beach restaurant, that was sharp and fast. PE management must make the Witney One a scratch.

Placed a takeaway order for delivery at on a Wednesday evening. We were given a delivery window between Absolutely fine. When the delivery window had come and gone, we checked the tracking noted it was now delivery....Bit annoying, but still okay. When the delivery time kept changing, and got beyond we tried to cancel because we were up for work early and needed to go to bed. Couldn't cancel because no one at the restaurant answered the phone there's no method as a customer, to contact deliveroo about a specific order! Left messages at pizza express branch, but nothing. It is now gone midnight (yep, we're hungry! and our projected delivery time is half past midnight... , with a lovely little message that they are preparing our order. Interesting, given that the restaurant shut hours earlier than this, at I note that they have taken the money for our order and it is quite clear now, that it is not going to be delivered at all. Hands down, the worst and most disappointing takeaway experience with any restaurant ever. We will never be ordering from here again!
